Chairperson: Derrick Traylor Contact: Derrick Traylor or call her at (305) 293-3669 Purpose: The purpose of this committee shall be to assist in the preparation of the Monroe County Prevention Plan, continuously seek out alternate funding sources and to ensure quality and quantity of services offered meet the needs of the community. Additionally, they shall be responsible for completing needs assessments and other data collection as needed to ensure that all persons living with HIV are included in services provided through the Lead Agency and AIDS Help, Inc. The persons who serve on these committees must support and believe in the Mission of the FKHCPP (Article 2, Sec. 1, 2), as well as follow the Roles and Responsibilities and Code of Conduct (Article 3).
