Patient Care
Chairperson: David Brakebill Contact: David Brakebill or call him at (305) 394-0953 Purpose: The purpose of this committee shall be to assist
in the preparation of the Ryan White Title II application, continuously
seek out alternate patient care funding sources and to ensure quality
and quantity of services offered meet the needs of the community.
Additionally, they shall be responsible for completing needs assessments
and other data collection as needed to ensure that all persons living
with HIV are included in services provided through the Lead Agency
and AIDS Help, Inc. The persons who serve on these committees must
support and believe in the Mission of the FKHCPP (Article 2, Sec.
1, 2), as well as follow the Roles and
